We're delighted to announce the amazing Kelly Reed will be back to Orbit Fitness, Running & Yoga Festival. New for 2020! Join Kelly for Clubbercise - our Saturday Evening Party Workout on the walled garden main stage. On Sunday Kelly will also be presenting Fitness Pilates and Align & Define on the Yoga Lawn.
We're delighted to welcome back Nicola Waishee Chan for her 2nd year at Orbit. Nicola will be introducing Ajambo using the Maji Stick. Ajambo is a range of exercises that trains the whole body in preparation for the activities you perform in everyday life at home, work or through exercise. The Maji stick is mandatory the entire time of the class and is the secret of the holistic success. This is a functional resistance tool used during the entire workout to add both resistance and support.
We're excited to announce Chelle Jones will be back for her 2nd year at Orbit Fitness, Running & Yoga Festival 2020. Bringing her signature class "60 Minute Fat Loss" to the walled garden main stage. This is a high energy session using all the protocols of fat burning and is devised into intervals of body weighted exercises, combined with high energy cardio such has high knees to push you into your higher heart rate zones.
New! RUNZEN will be joining us, bringing 'Mindfulness for Runners' workshops and Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing. Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out, RUN:ZEN’s workshops introduce mindfulness skills that can help you to run with more enjoyment and awareness: prevent injury through learning good running form and find greater all round wellbeing. Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.

We're delighted to announce psychologist and women's leadership coach Jess Baker will be returning to our Talk Tent. Jess helps organisations and leaders to engage and inspire employees. In her 1:1 coaching she helps individuals manage a wide range of issues so they can break free from their inner critic and self limiting beliefs, and build the confidence to have the life, relationships, or career they deserve. She is a regular on BBC Radio and has many articles in popular women's magazines
