Disabled facilities
We have arranged an accessible camping area close to all facilities for disabled visitors. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Children
We are a very family friendly festival and have a range of children's activities on site including circus shows, workshops, activities in the enchanted woods and storytelling. Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult.
First aid & security
We have onsite first aid provision and a medical tent provided by Midland Medics. Security will be onsite 24 hours to ensure a good time is had by all! You may be asked to open bags etc on the way into the main walled arena. This is for everyone's safety.
Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs and owners to Orbit, anywhere on site apart from all workout spaces and any crowded areas such as in front of the main stage. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and owners must pick up any doggy business and dispose of it in the bins provided. Please be aware there may be livestock in the surrounding fields. There will be some Canicross trail runs for dogs and owners throughout the weekend. Canicross rules and regs must be adhered to - eg one dog per person attached with a correctly fitted waist harness, clear up any doggy poos so bags are a must.
Toilets & showers
Clean, well maintained toilets plus high quality shower blocks offering FREE showers all weekend. We also provide an Elsan loo disposal unit for campers with portable toilets. Please use this to dispose of any portable toilet waste and do not use the standard toilets or surrounding areas.
Waste management
We are trying hard to be a green festival and even though there are bins onsite, we still ask campers to take home anything that can be recycled. Bins will be dotted around the festival site and we provide free bin liners if you require them. Would dog owners please clean up any doggy poo and dispose of correctly.
Catering & Traders
We have a fabulous food court and bar tent, plus a small trade village with an eclectic range of weird and wonderful goodies to purchase over the weekend. If you are interested in trading we may a few spaces left, so send us an email via our contact us page. Don't forget to grab Orbit merchandise!
Volunteers
We love help! Without a crew of volunteers we would not be able to make Orbit the beautiful weekend it is! If you would like to join the Orbit crew then use the contact us page to get in touch.
Presenter line up
We are working hard to put together an outstanding line up for 2025. Presenters and timetables are subject to change in the event of illness or factors beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a presenter becoming unavailable we will of course find a suitable replacement of equal standing. Applications for 2025 are now open. Orbit's workout spaces are both inside and outside so last minute weather conditions may contribute to small changes in the schedule.
