Orbit Fitness Festival is held in the beautiful grounds of Hopton Court in the small village of Hopton Wafers, Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire DY14 0EF . The festival site will be signposted off the main A4117 Cleobury Mortimer to Ludlow road. Please drive slowly through the village of Hopton Wafers. Sat Nav postcode - DY14 0EF. To minimise traffic issues, we will be operating a one way system in and out of the festival site.
When you have purchased tickets online, you will receive an email confirming your order. This is your eticket which you must print off and bring with you to the festival or have it available on your mobile phone. The earlier you buy your tickets the cheaper they are. There is a small online booking fee to cover the admin costs, however it is much cheaper than many other festivals. Tickets are non refundable, however it is possible to transfer your tickets to someone else.
To save time on arrival we will post you your weekend wristbands and camping passes in advance. You will only be allowed entry onto the festival site wearing valid, official Orbit Fitness Festival wristbands. Please be wearing your wristband on arrival as this will fast track you onto the campsites. Saturday only wristbands will be picked up from our onsite box office on production of your eticket.
You have up to two nights camping at Orbit Fitness Festival in one of three zones. You must purchase a weekend ticket to be able to camp at Orbit Fitness Festival. All camping pitches are suitable for tents, cars, motor homes and small caravans. If you are part of a club or group it is possible to arrange an area in general or family camping if you book six or more pitches. Please email us in advance if you would like more information on club or group camping.
General Camping - Pitches and roadways are marked. This area is closest to the arena.
Family Camping - This is a little further away from the arena and is aimed at families enjoying the same space.
Glamping - Nestle into your own white canvas, boutique bell tent and enjoy a VIP camping experience with extras such as a cosy queen bed with fresh white linen, atmospheric fairy lights, Moroccan boho rugs, plants, mirrors and furniture. You need to book one of the areas in advance if you want to camp at Orbit Fitness Festival. Book one camping pitch per tent with car, van with awning, motor home or car with small caravan - NOT per person. Each pitch is approx 6m x 6m. Every vehicle coming onto the camping fields will need a pre-booked zone pass which will be sent out in the post with your weekend wristbands. This must be displayed in your windscreen on arrival. Please check the important times below to see when the campsite is open.
Campsite fires, BBQ's & noise
You are welcome to have small raised fire pits and raised BBQ's on the campsite as long as you have a fire extinguisher with you and dispose of any waste when it is extinguished and not hot. Ground fires are strictly prohibited. Chinese lanterns are NOT allowed anywhere on site. No amplified music on the campsite after 11pm.
Food, alcohol & own chairs
We are responsible for music and alcohol within the event arena under the rules of our licence and therefore we cannot allow your own alcohol, bottles or glassware into the walled garden or festival arena. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink to the CAMPSITE ONLY. There's a fabulous food court and bar serving gin, Prosecco, wine, local ales, ciders and lager. Feel free to bring small camping chairs and blankets into the arena. Please take home all recycling.
The 2021 festival and campsite is open from midday on Friday 11th June and closes at 6pm on Sunday 13th June.
No vehicle movement in the camping areas from 9pm - 9am.
The bars will be open from midday until midnight.
Various food outlets will be open in the arena from breakfast through till bar closes.
