BOOK HERE for "FreedOM Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony with Luisa. The first part of the dance is guided, getting us out of our heads & into our bodies. The music builds until everyone is dancing wildly. Ending lying down listening to sacred grounding sounds. Join Tom "The Mental Health Runner" for his talk. 1 in 4 people will have a mental health problem at some point in their lives. Using his own story of mental illness from psychosis to recovery, Tom wants to break down the stigma of mental illness; helping others to start their own conversations. To know that it’s OK not to be OK & how finding the power of running changed his life forever.
Beth will be offering "Fat Burn Extreme". A multi award winning, scientifically proven concept in group fitness training & weight loss exercising. A fixed 20 minute, max intensity rest based workout using only body weight exercises to emulsify fat & tone muscles. Join Sarah for her "Nervous System Soothing Yoga" session. This Hatha Yoga class is designed specifically to soothe, calm & build resilience in our Nervous System. Through the use of pranayama, movement with breath, mudra's, poly vagal tuning, orientation to space & healing co-regulation we will move through a practice that deeply nourishes our system.

Vickie will be delivering Boogie Bounce Xtreme. A complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with T-Bar Handle. Consisting of a highly effective HIIT cardio section followed by a toning section to engage bums, tums & thighs. A highly addictive, fun & energetic programme for all capabilities.

Claire will be presenting Dance Fitness For Kids. Being a mum, Claire knows how important health, fitness & wellbeing is for children. She works in schools leading dance fitness classes to children aged 6-11. It's a fun exercise that develops both the body & mind. It allows children to express themselves, burn off steam, develop their confidence & most importantly have fun.
