Vickie will be delivering Boogie Bounce Xtreme. A complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with T-Bar Handle. Consisting of a highly effective HIIT cardio section followed by a toning section to engage bums, tums & thighs. A highly addictive, fun & energetic programme for all capabilities.

Claire will be presenting Dance Fitness For Kids. Being a mum, Claire knows how important health, fitness & wellbeing is for children. She works in schools leading dance fitness classes to children aged 6-11. It's a fun exercise that develops both the body & mind. It allows children to express themselves, burn off steam, develop their confidence & most importantly have fun.
